Bracebridge Fall Bucket List
With the changing season comes the drive to check all the Fall activities off your bucket list before the first few snowflakes arrive.
We have made our own Fall bucket list in the hopes that it will inspire you to get out and explore all that Bracebridge has to offer this time of year:
Take a stroll into the past by attending Daughters of Indie’s largest Vintage Market to date! Happening in Memorial Park on Friday, October 7th from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Visit the Bracebridge Farmers Market for the last weekend of the season! Check out the local vendors that have a good selection of foods, crafts and more. The final market will be on Saturday October 8th, 2022, in Memorial Park from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Head to one of the local brewers to enjoy their outdoor patios and seasonal drinks. Select breweries such as Muskoka Brewery have limited edition brews such as “Harvest” or “Dark Ale with Pumpkin”
Explore local art galleries and shows. Muskoka Arts and Crafts currently has “Fresh Air: Plein Air” The Brown Bagger’s art exhibition at Chapel Gallery until October 22nd.
Eat and Drink at one of the many patios located in Bracebridge before it gets too chilly. Check out the “Taste” page on our website to learn more.
Take your family to Santa’s Village to check out all the rides and activities part of their Fall and Spooktacular weekends! Take a break from the action by going on a relaxing hike through the enchanted forest, there is even a suspension bridge that will offer beautiful views of the changing leaves. Santa's Village will be open every Saturday and Sunday until October 30th.
Cycle through the Fall Colours. Whether you prefer pavement, off-road or trails there are tons of beautiful routes to take on two wheels before the snow comes. If you’re looking for hiking or biking trails check out the “Adventure” page on our website.
Challenge your friends to a round of golf at one of our many courses in the area. If golfing isn’t your style try out disk golf at the public course at Peake Fields.
Paddle down the Muskoka River to view the Fall colours from a new perspective. If you don’t have equipment of your own you can rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board or canoe from Liv Outside until late October.
Take photos of all the activities you check off your list and be sure to tag us in your adventures on social media @visitthebridge.
